I've checked the application and it appears that it has a handy feature. More exactly, the software supports backup/restore operations.
Therefore, login to the application, tap the menu and connect your Dropbox account. If you don't have a Dropbox account, you can create one for free here. Perform the Backup and then update the application to the latest version. Once you've updated to the latest version, connect again to Dropbox and restore the database. That's it.
