My Android GT-7100 software was hacked. Somebody is spying on my phone's activity. I saw a software in application manager, that's ELM AGENT. It can't be removed. Please give me a solution about my problem.

If your phone is from work, then ELM stands for Enterprise Level Management and is used by your employer to check the activity to see if corresponds to the job. That is also part of the KNOX system, a system that was designed to protect the phone from being hacked. If KNOX was active, hacking would be somehow impossible.

However, you can factory reset the phone. This will remove all the 3rd party apps that have been installed on your phone and delete any other settings.

You can find Factory Reset in the Settings > Backup and Restore.
