Gain access to hacked phone.

Someone has hacked my phone, they have administrative permission on my phone, so I cannot do or change certain settings. Is there any way to change that?

For Android phones, malware applications require exclusive access, therefore, I urgently recommend accessing Settings > Security > Device Administrator. Disable Absolutely everything on that list and then backup what matters mostly to you: SMS, images, videos, etc.

After this procedure, go to Backup and Storage and factory rest the phone. It will wipe all your settings, apps and malware, but you should also send it to warranty so they can flash the file system as well.
