The only way at this time to unlock the phone is through the hard reset. This procedure will wipe the settings from your phone and it will unlock it, but you will have to re-install all the third party applications and re-configure the phone, but it should be unlocked.
To start the procedure, press Volume Up + Home button + Power button until the phone resets. Wait for the Android logo to appear, then use Volume buttons to navigate and Power to confirm. Select Wipe Data/Factory Reset and reboot the phone. It could take a little while until the phone boots again.
