There is no download available for this application on the official website or on the available websites. I have checked all the possible links, but none provided a download for the application which makes it even harder to say if it's compatible with Windows 7 64bit or not. However, if you manage to get the program, apply a compatibility tweak by using right click on file > Properties > Compatibility. Choose Windows XP or another Windows version from the list and test its functionality. This seems to be the only way to test the program if it works on Windows 7 64bit or not.
