Connecting/syncing Suunto Ambit 2 to iPad.

Question

Just trying to connect my Suunto Ambit2 to my iPad. My watch is a few years old and does not have Bluetooth to pair with the iPad. Is there any other way I can do it, please? Is there some kind of connector cable I can buy to make it work? Many thanks for any help you can give me.

You need the Suunto Movescount application and a cable to sync the device with your PC. However, it's not specified if you can sync it with an iPad. On the same page it's specified that the device is compatible with the Suunto Apps.

However, it's not specified if it supports iPad or not. I've checked all the categories and areas from its official website, but there was nothing available.
