The IDs you have posted are actually for the DVRs. To configure the cameras, simply connect them to the DVR and then perform the SCAN through the DVR's configuration interface. Additionally, use the manual of the camera and connect your PC to your CAMERA using the network cable. Make them in the same network and you should have the possibility to access them through the browser.
