PDF files are not works

Hello experts,
From the Internet I caught a virus. Using antivirus program, I scanned the computer and it seems to be cleaned all infected files. But I was wrong. when I opened I need a pdf file then got error that the file is corrupted. I realized the files that cannot be read has a PDF version 0.0 in the attributes.
But some files are opening normally. And a few don't work. Fortunately I had several backups for some files, but for multiple files I have no backups.
What can I do with these files? guide me.
