Connection failure while installing.

I am experiencing an error alert on installing Zon Control Pro on a desktop machine running on a LAN network. A PC is connected to the server (Internal office server). This error page recommends me to seek for help from the system administrator just after attempting to load updates. On asking the admin, he told me to provide him with the port the system uses. How well can this be solved? Kindly help out.

I've installed the application to see what's status of ports, but it doesn't appear to offer the possibility to configure ports. You can only select server name, password, and organization. There is no port available, but I tend to believe this is a problem with firewalls. If you have a firewall installed, go to the exclusion list and then add it there, then restart the software and use it normally. If I am right, it should work straight away without any other errors.
