I can't use the program due to no Internet connection.

I installed my Innotab 3 and it won't open learning lodge. The program says that there is no Internet connection, but there is. How can I solve this problem?

To fix this problem, you first need to make sure that the program isn't blocked by Windows Firewall. Also, check the firewall from any third party antivirus application. It's possible that Innotab is blocked and it can't connect to the Internet. If you still experience the problem regarding this matter, try to perform an update of the program's version to the latest one released. Some errors or compatibility issues might get fixed in the released updates.
