The software doesn't appear to be available. I've checked all the websites available through the Google Search, but nothing was found. Therefore, it's impossible to say if the compatibility exist or not.
The only thing you can do if you have the setup package is to run it in Compatibility mode. Right click the package and then choose Properties > Compatibility and select a previous version of Windows.
