Issues with WinCPRS

I am currently trying to use the WinCPRS program. I am opening Biopac files with only ECG and BP on two channels 2 and 3, but it keeps stating that I have too many channels open. Is there anything I can do to get around this error? It happened a few times on our desktop but after shutting down and restarting, it's fine. But for some reason on my laptop it's not working. Your help and advice would be greatly appreciated.

You will have to use the built-in help file, because it's impossible to acquire information related to the way the software works. The official website is discontinued without any way of accessing it. I have tried obtaining any user guide, but the result was the same.
