It's impossible to say whether the software is compatible with Windows 10 or not because the official website where it was hosted is not working anymore. I've double checked. No matter what links I used, I ended up on the same non-working website.
Because of this, I can also say that the application is not in a discontinued state, without any information if it will come back or not.
