It all depends on how the software is activated. Firstly, check its activation and go to Help > Activate/Deactivate. If this menu is there, use it to deactivate the software, then install it on the second computer and use the serial number or the licence key to activate it.
But if the software uses online activation, then uninstall it and reinstall it on the new PC, input the serial number and that's it. However, you should check with the developers to see what's his policy regarding multiple activation operations for the product.
