How do I replace the programs on the SD card for my ITB-100-HD?
I believe you have to flash the firmware again in order to have the programs installed, but that doesn't guarantee that will actually happen.

Secondly, try contacting the seller of the device. They should have better understanding of what's going on and how the programs can be restored since Google doesn't provide anything useful for this matter.
