Is there a desktop version I can use with Mac OSX 10.7.5 and if so, where might I find it? The only available download I can find is only compatible with OSX 10.8.

The Grammarly is available for Chrome and Chrome is supported on the Mac OSX. While using Chrome browser, access the page linked below and then click on Add To Chrome and you can enjoy Grammarly without ever questioning the compatibility with operating system, because as long as Chrome will be available on Mac OSX, so is the Grammarly.
