I see some stuff about this program. It looks really good. However, the only review I see is from 2008.
No, the developers are not in the business anymore. I've checked the official website or what it appears to be the official website, but a page with Chinese content is displayed instead which means that EurekaWare application doesn't exist anymore nor there is any support for.
