Unable to load web design file.

I am getting the following message on Jade property Suite 6.03 version:

"C:\website\Backup_Masters\webdesign.jwd EFOpenerror:cannot ope file "C:\website\backup_Masters\webdesign-jdw Access is denied

The "Access is denied" message actually means that the software can't open the file from that location. Since this is an issue with permissions, simply close the program and open it again, but this time right click the shortcut and select Run as Administrator. Of course, you will be asked to provide a username with Administrator permission in case yours is limited. If you already have one, then simply use the Run as Administrator option.
