I've just downloaded the software on my desktop. The problem is that it doesn't want to open like MT4 platform chart, therefore I can't use it.
There is a note on the official website that says the program will work on Windows 7, 8, and Windows 10, but you have to apply some compatibility tweaks. I believe that the source to your problems are related to compatibility as well. The process of adjusting Compatibility tweaks is fairly simple and can be done by anyone, but follow the instructions provided by the developers in order to run the program properly.
