The software doesn't offer many permissions. I've tried to install it on a Windows 10 operating systems and the modules couldn't load. You won't have the possibility to install it on Windows 7 mobile as well since it doesn't support that mobile platform. According to the Readme file, you can use it on Windows 9X, NT, and Windows 2000.
