Can't see the cam through Android handphone.

Question

I am using Samsung S5, I can only hear the sound, but cannot see the live view from the cam. I tried to delete and re-install the apps, but still cannot see it.

This is what it says on the application's page at the Play Store website:

~Before using this application, you need to purchase one or more IP Cameras authorized by us, and configure your camera(s) by following the user manual, then you can use your account to watch from your camera(s); also a demo account is available now. with user name “liveipc” and password “123456” ~We strongly suggest that you use Wifi connection and set the resolution of your cameras(s) to QVGA.

As you can see, there are cameras that don't work with this application. Secondly, you have to configure your camera per their instructions.

Get another phone because it is obvious the one you have is not working!
