Google's Android operating system is now configured by default to scan all the app installation. If there is vulnerable code available in the application then the installation is blocked, unless you actually disable this (which I highly do not recommend).
However, if you trust the application is safe, go to Settings > Security and enable Unknown Sources then start the Google app in your phone and then Security to disable app verification.
