How can I print an Amazon book preview on a Mac ?

I would like to print Amazon book Previews. I am running Mac OSx 10.8.1

I have tried some ways to get the print support for the Preview mode and I must say that it's not possible. No matter the tools or tweaks I have tried, it seems that Amazon blocks this feature if the book has not been bought.

save it as complete html, then those pages will be in the files folder as images.
