The Google Play service comes pre-installed on your Android device. Depending on the Android version, this service can have different names like Google Play, Google Store, and such. You can't install this service on a device that is not using Android OS. In order to reinstall the application on your device, you can try to use Google in order to find an APK file of the software, transfer it to your phone and open from there using the Package Installer service.
