Since Incredimail 2 does not work in Windows, is there any way to get Incredimail XE for Windows 7?

Incredimail 2 is compatible with Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7 and runs just fine. The problem is with the XE version and because of the lack of the updates since 2009, it has been replaced with Incredimail 2 which is more advanced and offers better support.
