Has Adobe Extend Script toolkit version changed to a new version since version 4.0?

I have Windows 7.

No, the software hasn't changed. I've checked the official website and it appears that the latest version is 4.0 and has ExtendScript Toolkit CC as release name. You can check for additional information on the link posted below that will lead you to the page from where you can acquire the software on your PC. You should know that an Adobe ID is required to download the application on your PC.
