Does CSR Harmony support Noinput Nooutput type of responder?

We have purchased CSR 4.0 Harmony Bluetooth dongle and have downloaded the application from this site. We want to connect LE HID device which has Noinput Nooutput type of responder, but are not able to connect, would you be able to provide any support on this?

It's not specified if the software support noinput or nooutput. I've used Google Search to look information related to these features, but I couldn't find anything available which means you have to send an inquiry to the developers in order to find out the exact features supported by the CSR Harmony application.
