The application is not available anymore, and the support has been discontinued. The issue you experience might be a simple bug caused by administration rights, or it actually lacks this feature to save the data you add within application. I've checked the Android variant of this software and it works the same, meaning that it doesn't give you the possibility to save the added data (IPs, links, hosts, etc).
