I have a V300 Sonocaddie. I was trying to download new courses and I think there was a problem with the laptop that I was using as it was extremely slow. When it finally said 1 course had been download I disconnected unit and went to golf. When I started my sonocaddie all the previous courses that I had downloaded were deleted. I have now loaded the software onto another computer and I'm trying to download. Firstly I got a message as follows when downloading: 'Unhandled exception has occurred in a component in your application. If you click continue the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. Object reference not set to an instance of an object.'

On reading this I reset the unit to the factory setting as advised. Now when I try and download I get the same message except for the last sentence and that is replaced with the following. 'An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format. (Exception from HRESULT:0x8007000B)

Both problems are caused by the .NET Framework's libraries. Most likely you have a corrupt installation of the NET Framework and needs re-installation. The easiest way is to simply re-download the Net Framework package and reinstall it on both PCs then you can try using it again.

You can use the following link to reach the download site: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30653
