The first place to check for the application is in the Program Files. Or go to Start and type Voice Analyzer. Depending on where it was installed, Windows Search will display all the possible locations where the application is found. Additionally, check again the developer's website to see the compatibility with operating systems and the requirements for that package. It's possible you've only installed a plug-in, therefore a base application is required.
