Since there is no official information, I recommend checking the text written on the CD. Most developers and application manufacturers embed contact information on the CD. It should be on the far margin of the CD. You might need a zoom lens or something to enhance the text.
I've found the software on the Amazon website only, and we all know they don't offer technical support for 3rd party products. The only way to contact the developer/manufacturer is through the available text.
