Purchased key and still can't delete or move my pictures.

Question

I used Picasa Tool, and it worked OK to create file, folders or albums.

1. Once my pictures are in the app I can't delete or move them, I can only share them and that doesn't work for me.
2. Pictures in the app on my phone will not sync with my tablet or desktop.
3. The app will not let me back up pictures on my Google Drive or my DropBox. I paid for and I still can't do anything!

I am annoyed! I paid $4.99 for nothing! The app will not even let me move my picture from your album into other Gallery albums. How do I get control of my pictures?
