Looking for Last Update of ScanMgr.exe for Windows 10 64bit.

I have a Samsung SCX-4623FN, and I'm looking for the latest Version of ScanMgr.exe for Windows 10 64-bit.

I've searched for this application, but it doesn't appear to be available. I've also visited the official Samsung website, and there are downloads for this device regarding drivers, tools, etc., but nothing on the ScanMGR.
