However, based on my previous knowledge regarding the cutting of various letters, I know that you have to uncheck automatic functions like auto-arrange, auto-fit, etc. I've also seen that many people use CorelDRAW instead of their cutting software since it works better and it's more reliable.
If you have the possibility, export the content to CorelDRAW and then use that app to cut and print your letters.
