Carbon Copy Access 5.5 compatibility with Xfinity.

Question

Can you tell me if Xfinity works with the Carbon Copy Access Edition 5.5?

We have tried access remotely to and from the main computer to no avail. Tried all different kinds of telephone connections, i.e.; wall (no), other phone jacks on Xfinity unit, new telephone line, etc. This worked prior to our move. The Century Link connection worked just fine.

The Carbon Copy Access 5.5 is a very old product (released 12 years ago). Unfortunately, it's impossible to provide information about its compatibility with other applications or devices. The only place where I could find information is Amazon, and even if the product appeared on the site, there was nothing mentioned as being compatible with it. You will need to continue using Century Link since the Carbon Copy Access 5.5 doesn't appear to be available or compatible with Xfinity due to the lack of information.
