Is there a version that works with Windows 7?

Is there a version that works with Windows 7? Even if I run my version as an administrator it will not find the file.

I've downloaded and installed the server in Windows 10 64bit. At first I was skeptical because the installation files looked like the software was developed for other version of Windows, but the installer started normally.

When installing, make sure to run it as Administrator.
