Indeed, I have searched the links for this application, but they don't exist. I've located the developer's website (4CPlus) and the 4Clipika appears as being available but without any possibility to download it, therefore the only way to obtain additional information is through the contact emails posted on the Contact page. Visit the link posted above and then choose the Business or Registered Offices one.
