Privilege to access the software.

I have had VCA for about as long as it existed. When I switched my Android with an iPhone, I lost the service and I'm being told by Verizon that I've lost my privileges to this software. Is that correct or can I use this one? Please reply asap. Thank you!

Unfortunately, they are right. You've lost access to the application since you've upgraded. There is no way to create a new username since those credentials are given by Verizon. Sometimes you have offers based on the services you get on contract and based on some requirements. If you've given up to a clause in that contract then the service and access to Verizon Call Assistant is revoked without any possibility to restore it.
