I have a Windows 7 Toshiba laptop and Intervideo WinDVD Player but I cannot play Blu Ray discs. Is there an update to the program that enables latest Blu-ray discs to be played?

To be able to play Blu-Ray discs you first need the optical device which is able to read those discs. The player software you are using is able to play the discs but as I said, you will need the compatible hardware for this type of job. Please check your laptop specifications in your manual for supported technologies.

What you need now is a external Blu-ray drive that could work normally with the disc. And the software to load the disc is your WinDVD. If this still doesn't work, it might be the problem of your program.
