A highlight on your videos means that they are new. Once those videos have been seen, the app will consider them as seen, therefore removing the highlight. Additionally, you could try keeping your finder tapped on the selected item. Eventually, a pop up should appear with various settings from where you can change the highlight as well. This is the only thing found for video highlighting in IMO chat application.
