Message delivery status.

Question

What does it mean when there's no "Delivered" or "Seen" status for a message, but the intended recipient/contact's status is "Online"?

This could indicate two things:

1. The system is having issues and doesn't display the status of the message with accuracy (most of the cases).

2. You are blocked from contacting that user, even if it's added to your contact list. Viber works based on the Contacts added to the phone book.

The best way is to actually call that user and ask him/her.
