This happens because you're trying to load an application on an unsupported operating system. The only thing you can do is to apply a compatibility tweak to the main launcher. To do this, right click the executable on your desktop and then choose Properties > Compatibility. Choose a version of Windows that you know the software is compatible with and launch the application again.
If it still does not work, then it means it lacks compatibility support. I recommend choosing another application. Luckily there are plenty already available for this purpose.
