What do I need to open *.FP3 files created with 1998 software to run on Windows 7?

There is a viewer available for download with the ability to open FP3 and FPX files. You can print the open files as well. Access the link posted below to reach the official page from where you can download it to your PC.

I though that FP3 files were proprietary, but luckily, there's this viewer that can be open FP3 files.
