You've specified a name for a program that doesn't appear to exist. If that's the case, try adding the correct name of the software because I didn't find anything about it nor can I provide the compatibility information for Windows 7.
However, if this is the correct name for the software and you have it, right click the setup package and choose Properties > Compatibility then select a compatible operating system, then launch the application.
