Trouble getting data from the SPO2 finger device

I have the correct model finger Pulse OX meter and I have one time successfully downloaded my data. It was more by accident cause later I've tried lots of times, without a success. Does anyone know how to do it and which is the right software? Also, did my device come with a special cable or is a special USB cable required?

The best way to learn how to do this the proper way is by downloading a user guide in PDF format. Luckily, there is one PDF file known as user guide/manual that gives you lots of information related to installation, configuration, data transfer, etc.

Note: You also need the correct software distributed ONLY on CD and the USB data cable. Contact the seller you acquired the device from and he should provide additional details about it.
