I just downloaded the software, but I am not sure how the scaling button works. Where can I get more information about it? Thanks in advance.
This is a commercial product which means it's not available for public testing. I've searched for a way to obtain troubleshooting documents or something related, but it was impossible. Given the high price of the application, I recommend using the official support. In most of the cases, you are entitled for support when something is not right with the application.
