According to the information found in the manual of the application, you can install the software on Windows 2000, XP Professional with Service
Pack 2 (SP2), Vista or Windows 7. This means you can't install it on Windows 10, officially.
However, if you have the setup package, then you can try Compatibility mode. Right-
click the setup package and select Properties > Compatibility. Select Windows 7 from the list and then launch the software again.
