In the past few days I purchased Jigsaw Puzzle Creator [JPC] 3.4.0, via a well-known payment gateway. Even so, the sending of the registration / activation key " within 48-hours" has since passed.

I have endeavoured to contact Casperlab Software but messages will not go through, from their web-site contact page. My investigations are beginning to uncover others who have paid money for the JPC software product, in good faith and have been caught-up in the same questionable 'game-playing' situation.

Typically, the first thing to do is to contact the seller through all the available means. If it refuses to answer, then you are entitled to a FULL REFUND, regardless of their reasons. You can contact your bank or the credit card issuer for this procedure. If you paid with PayPal, then open a dispute and the money will be automatically transferred back to your account/credit card.
