How to save a puzzle and go back and finish it later?

I have been able to save the puzzle, but when I try to start where I left off, it does not let me, instead, it starts all over again. I have to click on "Test Play" to get to play it (from scratch) again. Is there any way to save a puzzle then go back and pick up where I left off to finish solving it?

I have checked the software, but in the demo version, the features you mention are not working or they're disabled. However, one possible reason for this to happen is directly related to the fact that you launched the game/software with a limited account. Right click the file and select Run as Administrator then play a little game and save it. Close the application and open it again the same way and continue. It should work now.
