No, you can't convert a QMD file to MP3 because the QMD is not just an audio file. It also contains graphical elements and besides that, it's also a proprietary file format. I have installed Quindi Meeting Companion and loaded a WMA file, then used Export to save the file to MP3 and all was without luck because it's not possible.
